private condos. Each is a two level
townhouse style condo with a ground
floor entrance. The two bedroom
condos will accommodate up to six adults

Location: This is
exactly where you want to be! Directly
on the beach on the Caribbean side of
Cancun Island. Next to one of Cancun's
best shopping malls and a short walk to
world-famous restaurants, nightclubs,
and attractions galore. We are
also only one block away from "La Isla
Shopping Village", the newest site on
the island, which offers great
restaurant and shopping options in a

Amenities: Everything
you will need is provided. The kitchens
are complete with a full size
refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave,
coffeemaker, blender, toaster, pots,
pans, matching dishes and utensils for
six persons. Each condo has marble
floors, central air, direct dial
telephones, an iron and ironing board,
ceiling fans, towels and linens and 3
televisions with cable that have both
English and Spanish movie and news
channels, VCR, CD Player. Safe deposit
box. Linens are provided.
Our on-site manager sends the maid in
daily to clean, do dishes, and make the
beds. A five-gallon bottle of water is
provided, or you can buy extra ones at
the grocery store on the premises.
E-mail us your list of your groceries
and we will go shopping for you prior to
your arrival.
Facilities: Villas Marlin is a
private ownership property with
controlled access to owners and guests
of owners only! The complex features 3
swimming pool areas with plenty of
lounge chairs, a swim up snack bar, 24
hr security, tennis court, private
off-street parking, a mini-market, wide
white sandy beaches and a gentle surf
safe for swimming. Located just across
the street from Villas Marlin is Plaza
Kukulkan, Cancun's newest and largest
indoor mall and just a few minutes walk
down the boulevard is La Isla Mall.
In June, July, and August you'll be
able to see the turtles coming in to lay
there eggs; in August and September, you
can see the baby turtles being born. The
beach is one of the best in the world,
and our condo is wonderfully located
with good access to restaurants, malls,
flea markets, and golf courses. You will
love this "home away from home".
